We would like to extend an invitation to you to join us for the Mad Fish evening, a fabulous 4 course dinner to taste the wines of Mad Fish, hosted by John Graves from our wine supplier Bibendum. The evening starts at 7pm and costs £39.95 per head.

We are open every day over the Festive Period. From 1-24 and 26 December we are taking lunch reservations with a £10/head deposit and a pre-order from our Festive Menu. Christmas Day we are serving lunch in a single sitting and politely request you arrive at 12pm for 12.30pm. The price is £49.95/head with under 12s half price and under 4s free with a 50% deposit and pre-order required. New Year's Eve is a buffet at £39.95/head with a £20/head deposit and live music supplied by Hot Flush. Please contact us for further details and to make a reservation.

Wi-Fi internet access has arrived at The George. Access is password protected but is free from the bar. There are limited power points in the pub but other than that there are no restrictions.
